XT-Training : XT = Extreme cross-training. What is extreme-cross training and why is it important? Cross training, involves incorporating different activities into your fitness program. By alternating activities, you reduce the risk of injury, improve adherence to your fitness program, improve your optimal fitness level, and enhance your weight loss. XT-Combat and XT-Conditioning are extreme because you will alternate activities through a series of high intensity intervals for 45-50 minutes with minimal rest.
